All payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You agree to their respective terms and conditions. We do NOT handle or store payment information directly.
Auto-Renewal Notice: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Free trials are limited to one per user. We use device and account identifiers to prevent trial abuse. Attempting to claim multiple trials by creating multiple accounts or using different devices may result in account suspension.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds. Contact the platform where you made the purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Language Player, including its source code, design, features, interface, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

"Language Player" and its logo are our trademarks. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used in the App are the property of their respective owners (e.g., YouTube™, Google™).

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that:
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT (videos, subtitles, or other materials) that you access, import, or view through the App. You use such content at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGUAGE PLAYER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS).
